The exposed wood components are available in a selection of finishes, while overall length, height, and shape can be customized for project-specific layouts. An extensive selection of commercial-grade vinyl and fabric upholstery options can be specified separately for the seat and back, with optional head rolls, crumb strips, welt cords, and wood or laminate top and end caps.
The internal framework consists of 1/2" structural plywood assembled with glued and nailed connections, corner blocking, 2x4 lumber reinforcement, and CNC-cut struts. The seat suspension is crafted using sinuous no-sag springs installed on 6" centers, a flex pad layer for even weight distribution, and high-density commercial-grade foam.
