Handcrafted in the USA from American parts and labor, it is available in black or wine vinyl and ships in approximately 7–14 days. Both single and double configurations have a 48" length and 42" height, with a 24 5/8" depth for single booths and 45 1/4" for double booths.
The structural assembly features 1/2" plywood reinforced by 2x4 lumber, corner blocks, and CNC-cut struts, with glued and nailed joints for stability. Sinuous no-sag springs installed at 6" intervals support a flex pad layer that spreads seating pressure more evenly. High-density commercial-grade foam provides additional comfort and helps the seat retain its shape through frequent use in commercial restaurant settings.
