Single booths are 24 5/8" deep and weigh 82 lbs., while double booths are 45 1/4" deep and weigh 112 lbs. The standard configurations allow for an approximate shipping timeframe of 7–14 days.
The booth's framework features 1/2" structural plywood secured with glue, nails, and corner blocks, supported by 2x4 lumber and precision CNC-cut struts. Sinuous no-sag springs positioned on 6" centers create a resilient seat foundation, while a flex pad layer distributes pressure across the seating surface. High-density foam finishes the assembly, providing supportive comfort and resistance to compression from continued restaurant use.
